iX and iC Series
With the iC and iX series of drives, AMKmotion offers a “Cabinet free” distributed solution.
With the iC drive, AMKmotion offers a compact device for controlling servomotors by integrating a power supply capable of delivering up to 10 kW peak power.
The device has a 3x 400 VAC power supply, line filter, braking chopper, and 24 VDC power supply. The generated DC BUS can be shared with any cascaded iX drives and form a self-sufficient machine module with them without a control cabinet.
The compact dimensions of the iC and iX modules allow the installation of the drives in any available area of the machine structure. Dasy-chain wiring of the DC BUS power lines and EtherCAT communication bus reduces wiring to a minimum, even in large machines.
