TTX, T2X, TDX, and SA Series
The products in the “Intelligent” category, TTX, T2X, TDX, and SA series, are defined as such since they have the brushless motor built around the mother screw and onboard drives. The installed encoder is always absolute, and the available option boards can have only an I/O interface, 4-20mA analog inputs, or Profinet, Ethernet IP, and Modbus TCP. This solution makes it possible to reduce or eliminate the space allocated to the board on the machine by having an “all-in-one” axis and also reduces installation costs and eliminates any wiring problems compared to typical board configurations. The intelligent actuators can handle forces up to 24kN with strokes up to 450mm. Various accessories include mounting brackets, flanges, limit switches, and protective bellows.
